		<description>I just think it really depends where you are in your career.  I&#039;ve known plenty of people who never really &quot;looked busy&quot; even though  I know they are.  But there is always that person who just complains all the time that they never have any time.  These people you have to raise an eye at.</description>

		<description>I agree with you for the most part that to move to the new rank you want, it takes more than just checking off as many tasks as possible.  However, it&#039;s always good to show that you&#039;re busy (when you really are).  Others need to know because people associate lots of work with hard working and reliable.  What&#039;s critical is to be organized and methodical in spite of the workload.  Time management is complicated; You&#039;d have to be able to prioritize, but even before that you&#039;d have to be able to make the best possible decisions quickly.  What makes someone stands out for me is effective time management.</description>
